SERVICE OUTAGE: URGENT Windows Clusters and Virtual Andrew 08/30/13

URGENT: Windows Clusters and Virtual Andrew issue with MyFiles.

SERVICES AFFECTED:
All Windows Clusters and Virtual Andrew

OUTAGE REASON:
We are currently experiencing a problem where Windows users' Desktop and Documents are not being properly redirected to their MyFiles space. Windows Clusters users may not be able to access files saved to their Desktop or Documents folders, and files saved to these areas may not be actually saved. Virtual Andrew will be unavailable until the problem is resolved. We strongly encourage users at this time to save their files to an alternative location such as external media or their AFS space.
