Wired Network Maintenance 11/7/2009

Computing Services staff members will be conducting network maintenance on routers that supply the university's connection to the Research and Commodity Internet.

There may be brief periods of network instability when accessing off-campus Web sites and when accessing on-campus Web sites from off-campus locations.  

SERVICES AFFECTED:
If you are using a wired connection, you may experience brief periods of network instability.  This may affect your access to online services such as email and calendar.

NOTE: All regularly scheduled Computing Services Network maintenance occurs on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month between the hours of 5:00 - 6:00 a.m. Visit http://www.cmu.edu/computing/news/maintenance/ to view a complete list.
