EMERGENCY OUTAGE: Email 6/3/2009

Throughout the course of this outage, you MAY experience problems with:

- Email (Email is held and then delivered once maintenance is complete.)
- Webmail

Due to an unexpected hardware failure, one of Computing Services' email servers is undergoing emergency maintenance.  During this downtime, some users whose email data was stored on the affected server will be unable to read or send mail.  

If you continue to experience problems with reading or sending email after the maintenance period, please direct any questions or comments to the Computing Services Help Center (x8-HELP or advisor@andrew.cmu.edu) or to your departmental administrator or DSP consultant.
