CLUSTER/CLASSROOM OUTAGE: Multiple Bldgs. 11/10 - 11/12

AREAS/BUILDINGS AFFECTED:
Monday, Nov. 10: Cyert Hall Cluster, Baker Hall Cluster
Tuesday, Nov. 11:  Cyert Hall Cluster, Baker Hall Cluster, Classrooms in Porter and Baker Halls  
Wednesday, Nov. 12:  Classrooms in Doherty & Scaife Halls

SERVICES AFFECTED:
The buildings listed above will be affected by the previously announced power outage.

The clusters in Cyert and Baker Halls will close at 11:30 p.m. on Monday, November 10 in preparation for this outage.  Printing equipment in these clusters will also be unavailable.  These clusters will re-open by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11.

All other clusters and printing locations will be unaffected by this outage and will be available during these times.

Classrooms in the buildings listed above will lose power on the specified dates and therefore will have no access to the Mac minis in those rooms.  Baker Hall classroom equipment will be off-line from Monday, November 10 at 11:00 p.m. until Tuesday, November 11 at 8:00 a.m.  Classroom equipment in Doherty and Scaife Halls will be off-line from Tuesday, November 11 at 11:00 p.m. until Wednesday, November 12 at 8:00 a.m.   Faculty members should call 412-268-8855 for support for any classroom equipment.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:
FMS has planned this electrical outage to facilitate construction work at the Gates Building site.
