Financial Services Transitioning to Exchange Calendar November 1, 2011.

Throughout the past year, Computing Services has shared background and extended implementation plans regarding the introduction of Microsoft Exchange email and calendar for faculty, staff and graduate students. As part of this ongoing communication, we are pleased to announce that, as an early adopter, Financial Services successfully completed its migration to Exchange email and is now prepared to transition to Exchange calendar effective Tuesday, November 1.

Guidance for Successful Scheduling with Financial Services

If you schedule meetings with members of Financial Services, your process to do so will change. To successfully schedule an Oracle Calendar meeting with a Financial Services staff member, please follow the Scheduling with Exchange documentation.

Our Exchange team continues to evaluate and plan a campus deployment and will communicate plans for engaging with interested departments and individuals in the near future.
