PUBLIC CLUSTER PRINTING: Release Station Change

Print release stations that are used with Computing Services public computing Clusters and library printers will undergo a change to improve performance issues. The TOTAL balance of your remaining print quota, PlaidCash funds and, if applicable, other department funds will continue to appear on the release station screen. However, effective October 16, the “Account” button that previously provided balance information for EACH of these accounts will be removed.

To determine the balance of your $40 print quota, Plaid Cash funds, and department funds respectively, visit the Carnegie Mellon Web Portal at https://my.cmu.edu/ and select the FINANCES tab.

We apologize for any inconvenience but anticipate that performance improvements will outweigh this loss of functionality.
