Changes to Payment Options for Computer Maintenance

Effective Monday, January 21, 2008 the Computing Services Computer Maintenance Group will accept only credit cards and Tartan Procurement cards for payment for computer repair services.  We will not be able to  accept cash, checks or departmental charge strings (Oracle strings) as payment for repair services initiated on or after January 21.

When checking your credit card statement, please be aware that the charge for repair service will have "SARCOMM" in the description text for the charge.

When bringing equipment to the Computer Maintenance Group for service, please be sure to have your credit card or Tartan Procurement Card with you, or your business manager can contact the front counter at (412) 268-2661 to process payment over the phone.
