Computing Services Expands Computer Maintenance Services
Beginning Monday, January 21, 2007, Computing Services' Computer Maintenance Group (CYH A-101) will offer repair services for additional hardware vendors such as Gateway, Toshiba and Compaq, among others. We will continue to offer service for Lenovo (IBM), Dell and Apple computer hardware as well as Hewlett Packard (HP) printers.
If your hardware is still under the manufacturer's warranty, the service provided by Computing Services will be covered by your warranty. Computing Services also offers non-warranty service for these vendors at reasonable rates.
To offer these new services, Computing Services has established a partnership with SARCOM, Inc. to provide computer hardware repair services to campus. We are excited about this partnership that will allow us to expand our warranty repair options while maintaining the quality of service that the Computer Maintenance Group provides.
