Classroom Technology Upgraded Over Winter Break

Effective January 2008
Rooms Affected:  HBH 101, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1511, and 237

Over the Winter break, the classrooms listed above were updated with new lecterns and equipment, in order to maintain consistency and reliability of technology across classrooms.  By the end of the Summer 2008 term, all of the remaining classrooms on campus will have been updated with identical equipment.

As previously announced, the VHS and Laserdisc players will be retired from classrooms and auditoriums as they are updated.  For those who need to use a VCR, units can be borrowed from MediaTech's pick-up service, or you can bring one to the classroom.  Order forms, and help documentation for hooking up your VCR, are located at http://www.cmu.edu/computing/class-event/equipment/help/auxinputs/vcr.html
