Mac OS X 10.3 Phase-out

Computing Services will discontinue support for the Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) operating system on June 30, 2008.    Effective this date, Computing Services will no longer assure that other supported software, as well as future installers and new versions, will function properly under Mac OS X 10.3. Support will continue for the two most recent Mac OS X versions: 10.4 and 10.5.

We encourage the campus community to upgrade their computers before June 30, 2008.  Mac OS X 10.5 is available at the campus Computer Store for a discounted price of $69.
