Who: Limited number of reported cases from students, faculty or staff members

When:Throughout today-- December 11, 2007

DETAILS:
Throughout the day, a limited number of people have reported one or more of the following problems:

  • They receive a message indicating that they have exceeded their email quota.
  • Messages sent from other users are being bounced back to the sender.
  • Outgoing messages are not being stored on the Cyrus server.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
This situation has affected only a limited number of people. If you experience any of the symptoms listed above, please call the Help Center as soon as possible at 412-268-HELP(4357).

We are currently working to determine the problem source. Check back for additional information.
