Update: Email "Over Quota" Error

This is a update on the "Over Quota" error that was reported yesterday.

Computing Services has identified the problem and is in the process of fixing it. The problem should be resolved
by this evening. Until then, please call the Help Center at 412-268-HELP (4357) or email advisor@andrew.cmu.edu if you experience any of the following symptoms:

    * receive a message indicating that you have exceeded your email quota.
    * messages sent from other users are being bounced back to the sender.
    * your outgoing messages are not being stored on the Cyrus server.

Another update will be posted if the status changes or when the problem is fully resolved.
