Help Center Hours

To better serve the campus community, Help Center hours were expanded last year. Consultants are now available for phone and email service from 7 a.m. -7 p.m., Monday-Friday. Walk-in support is available from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. 

Computing Services Help Center provides support for network connections, distributed software, services related to Andrew accounts, and other issues related to computing. The Help Center is available for students, staff, and faculty and is located in Cyert Hall 119.
