Reading Email

The most convenient way to access your Carnegie Mellon e-mail account is via Andrew Webmail. 

Andrew Webmail

Follow these steps to read your Carnegie Mellon e-mail via Andrew Webmail:

1. Visit the Andrew Webmail site. The WebISO Secure Login screen appears (to verify that you are a campus affiliate).
2. If you haven't already installed the Carnegie Mellon CA Root Certificates, click the link on the WebISO screen to do so.
   
3. Once the certificates are installed return to the WebISO Secure Login screen and enter your Andrew UserID and password. The Andrew Webmail screen appears.
4. The web based application is fairly intuitive, but if you need help using it refer to the Getting Started with Webmail document.
