Documentation

Computing Services' maintains a collection of over 200 online documents. Most of your computing related questions can be answered by referencing this collection at the Online Documentation site.

The University Store Computer Sales

Computer Sales of the University Store sells computers, printers, peripherals and supplies from over 200 manufacturers. They offer significant educational discounts on many software packages. Store consultants understand the campus computing environment and provide assistance with questions about hardware and software purchases. Visit the store web site for more information.

The Help Center is staffed with consultants who can help you with questions about computing. For Help Center hours of operation or other information, visit their web page.

Other Online Resources

  • The Carnegie Mellon Web Portal makes it easy for YOU to create your personal gateway to the information and services you want! Through the Portal's, My Account tab you can change your Andrew ID password, set e-mail vacation away notices, and access webmail. Undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff members may also download software.
  • Computing Services Web Site provides information on computing resources and services provided to the campus community.
