Did you set your Andrew account password and security questions?

If you have not set your Andrew account password and security questions, please do so now.

You will need your Andrew userID and the first eight digits of your student identification number.  This number can be found on the student account invoice you received from Enrollment Services. If you do not know your student identification number, please visit the HUB (lower level of Warner Hall).

1. Go to the Carnegie Mellon Identity Manager page. 
2. Enter your Andrew userID and the first eight-digits of your student identification number.
   Note:  To determine your Andrew userID, visit the Carnegie Mellon Directory.  If your email address is juser@andrew.cmu.edu then, your Andrew userID is juser.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set your new password.
