Computing Services maintains an extensive wired computing and communications network throughout campus. Through this network, the campus community can directly access network-dependent resources using outlets supporting various data rates.

To conserve energy and ensure accurate ownership information, wired data outlets are deactivated when not in use. Follow the connection instructions to activate your outlet, connect and register your computer on the wired network.

Eligibility

Students, faculty and staff in main campus residence halls, academic and administrative buildings.

Fairfax, Neville, and Webster Hall apartment residents are provided with Comcast internet service. Refer to Housing and Dining Services for assistance.
