Telephone Service

Computing Services Telecommunications provides the campus with a full range of basic and advanced telecommunications services including telephones, voicemail, conference calling and long distance services.  These services and associated fees are different for students and faculty/staff.

Please report all telephone service, voicemail, cableTV and other telecommunications repair requests to the Telecom Service Line (412-268-8500) after completing the Troubleshooting Checklist. The Telecom Service Line is your single point of contact for telecom related matters.  It allows you to set your calls to be forwarded to VoiceMail, gives billing error and rate information and tells you how to place a service order.

Note: Orders should not be requested using the service line.  Please use the appropriate request form or send email to tcorders@andrew.cmu.edu.
