... and we recommend, that you:

• install our Carnegie Mellon Root Certificates -- to prevent security warnings on our web pages.
• update your operating system and your antivirus software -- this is possible prior to registration!
• enable your firewall -- the Carnegie Mellon network is attacked over 500,000 times each day.
• have a strong computer login password -- network attackers will successfully guess simple passwords.
