This document will step those who have Cyrus accounts through the process of configuring a mobile device.

Connect to the Campus Network

To connect your mobile device to the campus wireless network, first register it using the FirstConnect site.

Configuring Email

Mobile devices are a popular way to stay connected to your campus email.  Computing Services supports Cyrus (IMAP) configuration on iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Android, Windows Mobile and Blackberry devices.  For steps, see the Configure Email - Cyrus (IMAP) document.

Configure and Synchronize Andrew Calendar

Synchronizing your Andrew calendar with your mobile device can help you stay connected while on the go.  Computing Services currently supports SyncML (calendar synchronization) for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, Android and Windows Mobile devices.
