Respond to an Exchange Meeting Request
Those who are using Exchange for calendaring will invite you to meetings via an Exchange email message/invitation. Follow the appropriate action below:
- Reply to the meeting invitation in email.
- Manually enter the meeting onto your Oracle Calendar.
If you are using an email client OTHER THAN Outlook, Entourage or Apple Mail (e.g., Thunderbird), the meeting details (e.g., location, date, time) may not appear. Contact the meeting organizer.
