Respond to an Exchange Meeting Request

Those who are using Exchange for calendaring will invite you to meetings via an Exchange email message/invitation. Follow the appropriate action below:

  1. Reply to the meeting invitation in email.
  2. Manually enter the meeting onto your Oracle Calendar.
Note: If you are using an email client OTHER THAN Outlook, Entourage or Apple Mail (e.g., Thunderbird), the meeting details (e.g., location, date, time) may not appear. Contact the meeting organizer.
