The Toolbar is displayed across the top of the application window. It provides quick mouse access to many tools used in the application. To hide or display the Toolbar, select View > Toolbar. Toolbar buttons are defined below.
Note: The icons will differ depending on which operating system you are running. For example, "Open Group Agenda" appears on Macintosh operating systems, while Windows has that item in the Agenda drop down menu instead.

* Open Address Book: If the Open Address Book icon does not appear, and if you want to use this feature, follow these steps:
Windows: Select Tools > Options, then select Addresses. Select the checkbox to enable the Personal Address Book. Close and relaunch Calendar for the changes to take effect.
Mac: Select Oracle Calendar > Preferences, then select Addresses. Select the checkbox to enable the Personal Address Book. Close and relaunch Calendar for the changes to take affect.
Note: The Personal Address Book is stored locally. You will not be able to access it from other computers. Also, unless you take steps to back up your Personal Address Book, you risk losing this information if hardware problems occur.
