Emergency Voicemail Notification

Using the campus voicemail system, the Computing Services Help Center will alert subscribed Departmental Computing Administrators about problems that occur on campus such as:

• email service issues
• network outages
• critical security updates

Note: Because of the nature of this service, you must have a Carnegie Mellon telephone number and subscribe to the campus voicemail system.
