Click the appropriate group name at the top of the tab. The Headline Publisher information displays.
Within the Headline Publisher porlet (on the left), locate the headline you want to delete and change the Stage to Draft. Note: Once the Stage is set to Draft, the headline is only visible to content publishers. You can opt to leave the headline in Draft stage if you're waiting to make further changes before making it public again.
Select Change Stages from the drop-down menu at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Click OK.
Click Update Stages and click OK.
With the Stage now set as Draft, click in the box to the far right of the headline to select it for deletion. A check mark will display in the box.
Select Delete Selected from the drop-down menu and click OK.
