Click the appropriate group name just beneath the tab. The Headline Publisher information displays.
The portlet in the left column is the publisher's interface. Click on a folder to add, modify and delete headlines.
The portlet in the right column is a preview. This portlet displays the information that is visible to those subscribed to this headline group.
Within the Publisher porlet (on the left), click the folder for the desired group. A list of headlines for that group displays.
Click on the headline you want to change to open the content window. Note: The Stage for the headline you want to modify must be set to Draft before any changes can be made. If the Stage is active (i.e., Everyone, Faculty, Faculty or Staff, Faculty or Student, Staff, or Students), change the stage to Draft. Then select Change Stages from the drop-down menu and click OK. Now you can open the headline you want to change to continue with your modifications.
Click Edit. Modify the headline content or click Properties to change the Title or Abstract information.
Click Update and close the Document Properties window.
Your list of headlines redisplays. Change the Stage of the headline you just added to the appropriate setting: Everyone, Faculty, Faculty or Staff, Faculty or Student, Staff, Students. This will determine which group of users on campus will have permission to view the headline.
Select Change Stages from the drop-down menu at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Click OK.
