Configure Mozilla Firefox 2.0

Follow these steps to properly configure Firefox:

  1. Visit the Server Certificate web page to download the appropriate certificate. Once downloaded, follow steps to install the certificate to EACH browser that you use.
  2. Mozilla Firefox 2.0 is configured correctly as downloaded.
    NOTE: If you have disabled cookies, you will need to re-enable them; see steps below:
    Windows: Select Tools > Options > Privacy
    Mac: Firefox menu > Preferences > Privacy tab, expand the Cookies select to view options.
