Search an Agenda

Oracle Calendar offers the ability to search an agenda by a variety of search options. This functionality may be helpful if you need to determine how many times you have met on a specific subject. Follow these steps to perform a search:

  1. Select Tools > Search Agenda. The Search window appears quite differently when running Oracle Calendar on Windows or Mac. An example of each is provided below:

    Search on a Windows machine:


    Search on a Mac:

  2. In the Search for: field, enter the name of the item you want to search for (e.g.,if you are searching on a meeting, enter the name of the meeting, such as "benefits"). This will activate the Search button.
  3. If applicable, on the Attendees tab (Windows) or in the Attendees area (Mac), enter an Attendee's name.
  4. On the Criteria tab (Windows) or by selecting the down arrow for Period (Mac) you can enter a date range to search on.
  5. Search results appear in the text box (Found text box on Mac).
