Advanced Step 2: Remove Admin Access from Everyday Accounts
- Log into the machine using the admin account created in Advanced Step 1.
- From the Apple menu, select System Preferences and click Accounts.
- Click the lock icon
to make changes.
- If prompted, enter the admin userid and password.
- Select the first everyday user account and uncheck Allow user to administer this computer.

- Repeat step 3 for each everyday user account. DO NOT change the admin account.
- Click the lock icon to prevent further changes.
- Close the Accounts window to save changes.
- Logout of the machine.
Note: If you see accounts that you are not sure about, email Advisor.
