Documentation Printing Tips

The following tips are for printing Computing Services on-line documentation pages (www.cmu.edu/computing/doc/).

  • The PDF link located on the main index for each document set will print the group of pages associated with that topic.  If you want to print an individual page within a document set, select Print from your browser window with that page displayed.
  • When printing a documentation page from your browser, if the printed output is too small, adjust the scale size within your browser settings.
    • If you are using Windows with Internet Explorer and Firefox, the scale option is within the File > Print Preview options. 
    • If you are using Mac with Safari or Firefox, the scale option is within the File > Page Setup options.
