Setting Preferences

To set personal preferences for your e-mail signature and other features, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Options link. The Options window will appear.
  2. In this window select the preference you want to change:
    • Select the Personal information link to create a signature or identity.
    • Select the Message Highlighting link to set a different background color for messages from a certain sender or mailing list.
    • Select the Index Order link to rearrange the message headers. For example, Date could be first, then From.
    • Select the Display Preferences link to change display color and language.
    • Folder Preferences was discussed earlier in this document. Use this link to set the Sent Mail and Drafts folders. You can also set folder display options here.
    • Select the Directory Preferences link to choose the layout when searching for addresses.
