Configure for Kerberos (Windows only)

Follow these steps to force Thunderbird to use Kerberos for Windows:

1. Select Tools > Options, and then click Advanced.
   
2. Click Config Editor...
   
   
   
   
3. A dialog box similar to the following appears. Scroll through the list and right-click on the preference named network.auth.use-sspi.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Toggle from the pull down menu to change the value from true to false.
5. Close the Config Editor window and click OK to close the Options dialog box.
