Subscribe Using Entourage

Once access rights are assigned to a folder, the user will need to subscribe to it. The path will be look like this: user.AndrewID.folder.

For example, Joe User shared a folder named Documentation. To subscribe to this folder, use the path user.juser.Documentation. �

To subscribe to the shared folder in Entourage, follow these steps:

1. On the left side of the screen, select the CMU Cyrus Mail server. A list of folders will appear in the right pane.
2. Scroll down the list. Locate the user folder. Use the small triangles on the left to display the sub folders.
   Note: If the folder does not appear, click Update List at the top of the screen.
   
   
   
   
3. Once you locate the folder, select it. Then, click Subscribe at the top of the window to subscribe. The folder will display in your folder list under user.
