Introduction

Computing Services offers support for Outlook 2003 (bundled with Windows XP) on Windows computers. We do not support earlier versions of Outlook or any version of Outlook Express. If you are using a version other than Outlook 2003, we encourage you to upgrade to this latest version. You can purchase the Microsoft Office CD which includes Outlook 2003 from the Computer Store for a minimal fee.

Calendar Notes and Tasks

Although Outlook offers functionality for creating and managing calendar notes and tasks, these features are NOT supported. Computing Services supports and recommends that you use the Andrew Calendar system and the Andrew Calendar client for these functions. Andrew Calendar can be downloaded at no charge from the My Accounts tab of the Carnegie Mellon Web Portal.
