To import the address book text file follow these steps:
- Open Address Book (Applications > Address Book).
- Select File > Import > Text file....
- Locate the address book text file you exported and click Open.
- Click the small arrows next to Do not import: to map the fields to your address book enties.

- Click OK to finish the import.
- You will find the imported addresses by selecting Last Import or All.

Note: Because the address book is stored locally, you will need to repeat these steps for every machine you use.
