From the Carnegie Mellon Web Portal, select the My Accounts tab. From the My Andrew page, select the Network > Network Guest Accounts link from the left side of the page. The Network Guest Accounts portlet displays. Note: At this time, a limited group of administrators have access to this service. If you require Network Guest accounts for a campus event and do not have access to the service, please email your request for access to the Computing Services Help Center at accounts@andrew.cmu.edu.
Click Create or Search to launch the Network Guest Accounts service. To go directly to information for an existing guest, click the last name of that guest from the list.
From the Network Guest Accounts Home tab, select:
My Guests: to display a list of guest accounts that you own. This area also contains a link to the Password Reset tool used to change the password for a Network Guest account.
Create Guests: to create new guest accounts individually or from a batch list.
Search: to search for and view details for an account.
