Cluster Reservation Requests for Spring 2010

The University Registrar's Office and Cluster Reservations joined ranks to collect not only classroom requests but also Cluster requests for the upcoming spring 2010 semester. Moving forward this will allow us to determine if SIS will meet your needs for Cluster Reservation requests.
 
To request a computing Cluster for spring 2010:

1. Enter the desired cluster building and room on the SIS:RSU1 screen.
   If you are not sure what building/room to request, leave the building/room blank and enter a cluster media code.
2. Choose one of the following media codes to describe the desired type of cluster:
   
   

   			Media Code		Cluster Type	Software Available
   			80		Cluster Linux	Software list
   			82		Cluster Windows	Software list
   			84		Cluster Mac	Software list
   			86		Cluster Windows Multimedia	Software list
   			88		Cluster Mac MultiMedia	Software list

3. IMPORTANT: You will still need to complete your Cluster reservation request with Cluster Services.
   
   PLEASE NOTE:  Cluster Software requests will continue to be handled through the current Cluster Reservations process and remains unchanged.
