Hours and Assistance

Hours of Operation

• All Clusters are open 24 hours per day with the exception of CFA 321/323 and Hunt Library.  Hunt Library Lower Level is open during library hours.
• Clusters may be unavailable due to frequent class reservations. Please check the reservation schedule for updates. 

Assistance

• Ccons (cluster consultants) are available to assist you during staffed hours.  For assistance, call 412-268-8776 and the ccon on duty will be dispatched to your location.
  
• Resident ccons are available at the CFA cluster location.  Additional assistance is available at the CFA Cluster Monday through Friday during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).  If a ccon is not on duty at these locations, you may also call 412-268-8776 for assistance.
  
• For assistance after hours, please send email to clusters@andrew.cmu.edu.
  

Regular Staffed Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
  
• Friday: 8:30 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
