Classroom Equipment Terms & Conditions

Before you fill out the equipment order form, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

The following Terms and Conditions apply for Media Technology Equipment reservations and usage:
  1. Media Technology offers an equipment pickup service at our office, Cyert Hall A74, and provides classroom help services for Enrollment Services’ classrooms. These services are free of charge.
  2. Media Technology does not deliver equipment to classrooms.
  3. Any faculty or student associated with a course can pick up, free of charge, any of the equipment listed on this web site unless otherwise noted. Note: This is subject to availability of the equipment.
  4. Requests for MediaTech staff assistance in the operation of equipment is a chargeable service and must be scheduled in advance.
  5. An account number must be given when the order is placed.
  6. If the equipment is not returned on time as agreed to by all parties, charges will be applied at the daily rental rate.
  7. Orders must be placed in advance to ensure the availability of the equipment. An account number must be given at the time the order is placed.
  8. Fees will be accessed for any damaged or misplaced equipment.
  9. DO NOT consider your order placed until you have received an email confirmation!

Orders can be placed in advance or at the time of pick up without any same day charges. It is suggested that you place your order in advance to shorten the wait time upon pickup. Late charges are listed on the order form. All equipment pickups are subject to equipment availability.

Please Note: You will also be required to sign an Equipment Pickup Agreement form before leaving the MediaTech office.

You must accept these terms and conditions to request equipment from Media Technology.
