File Storage Quota

Your Andrew File System (AFS) quota is the space allocated within the central Andrew File System for web and online file storage.

Each Carnegie Mellon student, faculty and staff member is allotted 1 GB of storage for files. However, the default allocation for AFS space is 500 MB. You may increase this allocation via the Quota Increase Web interface on the Computing tab of the Carnegie Mellon Web Portal.
