Get your heart pumping and sweat out any stress by attending a Zumba class led by CMWA member Sandra Moses. All fitness levels are welcome and no prior Zumba experience is necessary. Just bring a bottle of water and comfortable shoes. Please arrive between 5:00 and 5:30 in order to sign an activity waiver.
