Students must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for the C-MITES EXPLORE test.
- Scoring at the 95th percentile or above on at least one section of a standardized test such as the Stanford Achievement Test OR
- Enrolled in school's gifted program OR
- Parent nomination OR
- Student is performing at the top 5% of his or her class
- Score at the following levels on the 2010 PSSA for Math OR Reading:
