Goal: To educate and train students in effective and ethical leadership principles that will allow them to achieve their personal, professional, and organizational goals.

CMARC seeks to prepare students to make a long term, positive impact in their communities and workplaces. We provide a variety of experiences that educate and train students in effective leadership principles. Emphasis is placed on ethical decision making and collaboration and skills that can distinguish students in today’s competitive, global job market. Service learning opportunities are also made available.

Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders

The Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders! two day leadership retreat has been created to ensure that students develop their personal and professional potential to serve as leaders within the rapidly growing communities of the U.S. Through this program, CMARC emphasizes a student focus on global and professional leadership development. This retreat provides an opportunity for students to network and meet prominent leaders in various occupations and provides an inspirational and motivational experience that will propel their success at the university level into their professional careers.

Student Organizational Series

This series aids student organizations in training student officers and provides a guide for organizations to run efficiently. Focus throughout the series is placed on: Developing Agenda’s, Organizing Successful meetings, Conflict Management, Interacting and connecting with group advisors, Organizing Committees, Event Planning, and Training of Student Leaders.
