Alumni Interview Report
Alumni interviewers should use this form to record their impressions of prospective students. Please note that we must receive the Alumni Interview Report no later than February 1st if it is to be included in the applicant's file (Regular Decision only). College Fair Comment Sheet
CMAC members that have attended a college fair on behalf of the Office of Admission should record comments about their experience here. While you may submit this form electronically, please attach a copy along with the information cards you collected at the college fair. Please return both this form and information cards within one month of attending the fair.
