CIPI Research Alumni
Victoria Baggio is a 2013 alumna of Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Economics. Her career interests are in development economics. Baggio is a member of the award-winning Eluma project team, a social enterprise focused on teaching local entrepreneurs in Sierra Leone how to use electricity for productive uses. Drawing on her experience working in Sierra Leone, Baggio’s CIPI research focused on U.S. foreign policy in West Africa, with an emphasis on conflict resolution, reconstruction, and development.
