Employment & Placement-Civil and Environmental Engineering - Carnegie Mellon University

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering grants Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees each year. Our students master fundamental and cutting edge skills in civil and environmental engineering, but also are prepared with life skills for continuous learning, entrepreneurship, communications and problem solving.

Most recruiting is managed by the Carnegie Mellon Career Center, including job fairs. On occasion, the Department will make interview rooms available or host corporate information meetings. A resume book for graduates is prepared in the early spring term each year.
