Question: What do I need before submitting my project request?

The following information must be provided by the Requestor before a project will be considered by Campus Design & Facility Development management.

Requestor: Must provide complete name, title, department, and date of request.

Schedule: Provide your desired project completion date. Depending on the complexity of the project; this may have to be revised.

Budget: Is this project in your department budget? Has it been approved by your department? What if I don’t have a budget? This is needed before the Project Manager is assigned to begin work on your project. An Oracle charge number and your budget limit must be provided.

Authorized
