Spring EOC Information for Employers
To provide additional opportunities for employers to meet with students and alumni, the Spring Employment Opportunities Conference has now been extended to a two-day event!
The EOC is a Career Fair targetting all industries and opportunities.
This event is an excellent forum for employers seeking candidates to fill their full time and internship positions with today's top talent! Last year, over 2200 students and alumni attended!

Registration Deadlines and Fees
Register online through TartanTRAK. Online registrations will be taken until the dates listed below. Once online registration has closed, please call Janet Vojtash at 412-268-7051 and registrations will be taken if room is available.
Spring EOC Registration Fees:
Organizations with more than 100 employees
$800 through December 19
$850 December 20 - January 23, 2013
$900 January 24-30, 2013
Organizations with less than 100 employees
$350 through December 19
$400 December 20 – January 23, 2013
$450 January 24-30, 2013
What is Included (per each Event Day)
One 6' table, two chairs, pipe-and-drape, electrical outlet, wireless internet connection (you must indicate this on your registration form), up to four (4) representatives per table, lunch voucher for each registered representative, and one parking pass per company.
Cancellations made by January 30, 2013 will be fully refunded. We are unable to refund for cancellations made after January 30, 2013.
Interviewing Candidates the Day After the EOC
Interview tables can be reserved for the Day After EOC Interviews within the EOC registration. There is a $100 fee for each table reserved. Make your own interview schedule with candidates you meet at the EOC. A blank schedule will be provided upon check-in the day of the event.
Shipping Your Materials
Prior to the Career Fair:
Shipping materials to CMU for your use during the EOC
The CPDC is using a new vendor, Stetson Convention Services, for shipping conference materials. Please download the Spring EOC Exhibitor Packet [.pdf] for details on shipping your materials for the Spring EOC.
Please Note: the Exhibitor Packet from Stetson Convention Services is solely for your shipping needs. Your paid event registration for the Spring EOC already includes one skirted table, two chairs, electricity hook-up, and piping and drape.

After the Career Fair:
Shipping your materials back to your company
It is your responsibility to see that display materials are returned to your company. Please bring pre-printed FedEx or UPS labels with you for each package to be shipped back. We do have FedEx and UPS representatives on hand to pick up the many boxes shipped through their services.
If you do not use FedEx or UPS, please arrange for materials to be picked up by your carrier between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on the day of the event at the University Center Loading Dock.
