I am pleased to share the 2011-2012 Annual Report and Career Infographic[.pdf] for Carnegie Mellon University’s efforts and outcomes relative to career and professional development. The report includes post-graduation outcomes for the undergraduate class of 2012.

As we’ve experienced in past years, our graduates continue to do very well. Nearly half (48%) are currently employed or have accepted a job offer and 29% have accepted admission to graduate school. The average entry-level salary for the class of 2012 at Carnegie Mellon University is $71,757; a 5% increase from the previous year and 64% higher than the national average of $44,259 as reported by the National Association of Colleges.
