Legacy Scholarships

Support for Today's Students

If you’re interested in developing a meaningful relationship with a Carnegie Mellon student, consider funding a Legacy Scholarship. It’s a unique and affordable way to assist a student in the school or college of your choice. Since these funds are not endowed, your entire gift (four annual payments of $2,500 each) will immediately benefit the student recipient.

For many, the best part of creating a Legacy Scholarship is the personal and rewarding relationship between the donor and the recipient. Donors and students get to know each other through emails and letters, as well as visits to campus and special events.

Please contact the Andrew Carnegie Society to establish a Legacy Scholarship today.

Stevens

Michael Stevens (SCS '07) may have just recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science, but he's already funded a $10,000 Legacy Scholarship for a future student. What motivates someone so young to make such a difference? Read more.
