Senior Advisor for Donor Relations

In overseeing stewardship and donor relations programs and staff, Debbie focuses on ensuring that donors are acknowledged and recognized, providing them with the information they need about their gifts and making sure that gifts are used as they intended. She works with donors, advancement staff, business managers and other campus constituents.

Noelle Badertscher

Associate Director for Recognition Programs

Noelle manages programming and communications with leadership and principal donors including three lifetime giving societies. She initiates and coordinates programming for the Holleran Scholars and other student/donor based programs. She also serves development staff through donor recognition events, managing a comprehensive program of services to gift officers to facilitate donor recognition and contact, and prepares select high-level, personalized recognition gifts.

Catherine Amos

Stewardship Specialist

As head of the scholarship stewardship program, Catherine monitors scholarship awards, plans and manages annual thank you writing events for students and works with advancement staff to arrange for donors to meet scholarship recipients. She reviews incoming gifts for acknowledgments, provides information for establishing new endowment accounts and directs the memorial and honorary gifts program.

Joanne Tullis

Associate Director of Donor Relations, Stewardship Programs

Joanne's primary focus is on the endowment, overseeing annual reporting on endowed funds and working with business managers to spend funds according to donor intent. She also provides information about endowment funds as needed to advancement staff and colleagues. She also manages the Advance stewardship module, the part of our division's central database that tracks donor information on endowed and expendable funds.

Karlee Turkaly

Administrative Assistant

Karlee provides overall support for the Donor Relations staff including maintenance of the database stewardship module, organization of departmental mailings for stewardship and donor relations, assistance with donor relations special events and general office duties such as scheduling, purchasing, invoice processing and file maintenance.
